Mission & Alignment Checklist

Following are the Eligibility Requirements for the So Will I Network of Approved Charities.

  •  ✓ Be a designated 501(c)(3) nonprofit
    ✓ Be headquartered in the United States
    ✓ Be in service to those in need
    ✓ Be willing to submit annual financial statements

  • ✓ Aligned with one or more of our five focus areas:

    • Global and Domestic Food Insecurity

    • Global Slave Trade/Sex Trafficking Relief

    • Global Community Development

    • Domestic Foster Care Support and Post-Foster Care Empowerment

    • Domestic Programs for People with Special Needs

    ✓ Located in one of our focus states: Colorado, California, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Tennessee, or Kentucky

    ✓ Willing to collaborate with the So Will I Network of donors and charitable partners

  • We Do Not Fund:

    • Building funds / capital campaigns

    • Educational scholarships

    • Administrative roles / salaries

  • Required Application Materials

    2. Annual Operating Budget

    3. Three Years of Financial Statements
      - Profit & Loss (Income) Statement
      - Balance Sheet

    4. 501(c)(3) Designation Letter

    5. Federal EIN Letter
